TMR-S8W is our flagship Waterproof GPS tracker designed specifically for marine craft, motorcycles, machinery, trailers, plant and off-road vehicles. Rated to IP67, the TMR-S8W can withstand dust, dirt, sand, splashing and submersion to a depth of 0.5m for 30 minutes. TMR-S8W is a real-time GPS tracker that roams across Telstra, Vodafone and Optus 4G LTE networks. It is backed by our industry-leading 2-year hardware warranty. The TMR-S8W features internal high-gain antennas for easy and discreet installation.
IMPORTANT – Hardwire Installation Required
The TMR-S8W is IP67 waterproof and requires hard wiring due to its special waterproof wiring harness (included). Unlike the TMR-S8, the TMR-S8W does not come with and does not support our plug-and-play power cable as the plug-and-play cable is not compatible with the waterproof fitting. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play installation inside the cabin of the vehicle protected from water, we recommend purchasing our TMR-S8 instead. Network coverage – 4G CAT-1
Not all 4G trackers are built equal, don’t get caught out with 4G CAT-M only tracker! Many competing 4G trackers on the market only operate on a small portion of the 4G network, called 4G CAT-M which limits their network coverage to just a portion of the overall 4G network. Track My Ride TMR-S8W is powered by the MeiG SLM320-LA 4G CAT-1 chipset with 4G LTE network coverage on bands B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28/B40 subject to local network availability.
